NorthPoint offers Mutual Funds the ability to invest in securities that cannot be held at their primary custodian bank. Through a tri-party agreement Mutual Funds can execute short sales, trade options and custody those securities with our clearing agent. Our service team has stream-lined this process to make the back office aspect of trading and custody of the securities, a seamless process for the manager.
As either a primary or secondary custodian, NorthPoint offers a choice of clearing relationships including Goldman Sachs Execution and Clearing, L.P., J.P. Morgan Clearing Corp and Jefferies Clearing and Execution Services.
